Thank you for your support of myFlare. Unfortunately, we are discontinuing the service as of Monday, February 22nd, 2016. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope to make this process as easy as possible.

While you will still have full access to your data files for retrieval, viewing and sharing, effective immediately it will not be possible to upload additional data files to your account.

Please note, it is critically important that you access your myFlare account, download your files to a suitable storage device, and once you are satisfied that the files have been moved, then delete your data files from your myFlare account prior to May 22nd, 2016.

Click https://www.myflare.com/mymedia to access your account and follow the instructions to download your data.

After May 22nd, 2016, access to personal files within the myFlare application will not be possible.

Effective immediately all additional monthly charges will be waived for your account, and will no longer be billed to your credit card.
